Close to 1.3 Billion shares were issued. For about $78K. If i did the math right. I was shocked to see all these numbers. AND I USed a Calculator.

This is throwing me off more: "The issuance of the common stock was exempt from registration under Section 3(a)(9) of the Securities Act.
