could a reit drop to zero----of course,any investment could----back in the good ol days when reits were coming out left and right (many into LPs)-----many were leveraged out the wazoo,and some did evaporate.to enti----bigger question COULD be----how would any property coming into it be paid for ? PURE SPECULATION.
