One measure is Cup depth, top to bottom at least it should go that much up.
If bull trend then double the measurement.
So SPY can go to SPY 187.30 in first rally and 190.60 in bull trend.



The cup rebound should a week or maybe two, so I agree, we will know in a couple of weeks.
