Yesterday was very scary. The type of drop that makes you sick to your stomach. I have had this feeling before. 
It is the way I felt when I was buying ARIA ~$2.
I bought more GILD & ITMN.
The case for GILD has been made here.
ITMN is fairly low risk. They have their drug approved in Canada and the EU. They will get approved in the US. Since the drug meets an unmet medical need for a fatal disease it should do rather well.
As Jim points out, the bloodbath may not be over. But history suggests that selling into this type of waterfall is a mistake and buying is better if you have the guts for it.
