Tammy has a history of dilution. If the company had any legitimate business in mind, why would they have a float of over 30 billion? Maybe they'd do a R/S, however, as other's have explained, they said no R/S in a previous PR.
So if this was legit, there are a few questions you have to ask and answer.
Why would the A/S be over 40 billion and the float be over 30 billion, if no R/S is planned?
With the track record Tammy and the SEC fillings have, what reason would any have to believe GARBage?
Why after 6+ billion shares of GARBage have been traded would the share price still be at $.0001.
What's interesting is I'm not sure all of the buys today and yesterday, with 50 million share chucks, were actually people buying. Though, I'm not sure who or what would have been buying them. Maybe people expect an R/S, if that were the case, it wouldn't be horrible, though I still wouldn't invest a dime.
