I would like to know more about this Montreal office that has a rent of $64,000/year and has been vacant since 2011. It has been mentioned in the 10-K for the past 3 years:
From the 2011 10-K (released March 30, 2012):
From the 2012 10-K (release April 15, 2013):
From the 2013 10-K (release April 15, 2014):
A number of questions arise: 1. Who vacates an office and then pays rent on it for 3 years? Why was this never resolved? 2. Why did Ecolocap, a company that has never generated profit, have an office in Montreal with a rent of over $5300/month in the first place? 3. Why the wording change from 2012 to 2013, from "if the landlord intends a lawsuit" to "if the landlord commences a lawsuit"? 4. Why does each year's 10-K seem to be a recycled version of the previous year's?
