Hi Mike,

Although the MDA may make a statement that they would like to evaluate all possible options, I feel that this might only be a political statement.

This will not stop them from evaluating the DNA option fully and hence they could end up giving us the Phase II award. I feel that we are probably the closest to giving them an option which can be fully commercialized as compared to any other option out there. Phase II and III demand this.

By making this statement, they are probably avoiding the backlash that the DLA mandate attracted of APDN being a monopoly player. Just my two cents.
