When people open them up and realize that it's contents are simply a few pieces of cardboard directing them to log on to MMRf.com. They will feel ripped off. Taken advantage of

But that kind of junk will never make it into a Costco who is notoriously picky and demanding. They dictate package contents and sizes. Walgreens has apparently put up some objection considering they agreed to carry MMRF junk and still are unaware of MMRF's existence. Great planning by the marketing genius.
You will find this in indie convenience stores, indie supermarkets, ebay stores, and Amazon.com stores.
I'd be shocked if after 12 months this has done 6 figures of revenue. Probably lucky to do $50 grand of real revenue--sales to the consumer--not stuffing the channel
