I expect to see the Merger(the lawyers are currently working on ) completed as the first PR, followed by information regarding their readiness concerning getting the all important matter of production under way and some insight, as to where, they are going with determining the issue of the dividend.

Bottom line, as Mr. F stated....keep watching the news!
