The CEO needs to come out of hiding!

Total lack of leadership being demonstrated by management.

To tell people they would prefer to wait to file an audited 10k, and then a few days later, file a 15-12G, Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration, which is probably a violation of the FF agreement as they may have been required to remain a fully reporting company.

Not a word from the CEO about the rational for doing this, and now we find out that Google Play, our major distribution channel for the VoX mobile App has suspended the app from Google Play for violation of policy

To continue with silence is criminal in my opinion and this chicken $hit CEO needs to get off his a$$ and address shareholder now.

Next step is to begin the legal proceeding against management, it is really that bad. No one could be that incompetent, it has to be criminal.
