I Can't Confirm When the PR Will Come...

...only because I didn't ask specifically. I figger I gotta leave Mr. Godin some wiggle room here...

I think the RB post was intentionally misleading. I did ask Godin about the content found in that post and he denied speaking with someone about dates of a release.

But, I understand it is to be soon. Probably a couple in a row. From my point of view the big news is underneath, not yet transparent, or capable of being disseminated.
