Quite Frankly, (pardon the pun), I think it is just the timing of the market. Most all the tickers on my screen would be blinking like X-Mas lights, however things have slowed down a bit.

I will say though your post is correct.

I try and provide as much buying support as I can, especially at these prices. If I did not have to wait on settlements, I would have taken those 3 mil right off his hands, to his dismay, which would have most likely caused dramatic increase on the ask, in which I would have hit also. I just cant do it alone.

So this was a great post that will hopefully insinuate to the WNTR investors who can, to provide some buying power and support to push this up so it is not played with so much. However I believe after April, buyers will eat up anything under .01. Some of the slowest movers up , tend to be some of the most magnificent. We'll be on top soon.
