The LOI for $25MM Noble Metal Kings deal was signed on Nov 27th 2013, the deal was supposed to close 90 days from the date of signing, we are already past the due date, so the deal must be closing any day from now IMO.

Regarding the update, he might have thought that he should give the shareholders that have been emailing him, an update, I personally sent him an email asking about the Noble Metal Kings deal and when it's gonna close. I am pretty sure a lot of other people here might have asked him about it too.

I like the way he keeps the shareholders informed. Maybe he is saving the PRs until the deal closes. JMHO.
