Scott said the reason everything was pushed back from last Thursday, was so that the auditors had everything in place. And the lawyers agreed to wait till Monday to file.

So they file the numbers and they are un-audited. Then why the delay? If they never were going to be audited, why not release them last week?

Maybe so he could dilute this pig some more. It is about the only thing that makes sense.
