(Which is an overshot, but I'll let it slide)
Small companies make deals with stock. Just part of life.
Looming 5th R/S is just plain inaccurate as there is absolutely no evidence of this whatsoever.
No revenues lol as if this all happened overnight!
"Sorry we haven't had revenues for the past x amount of years so we decided yesterday that we should have huge revenues by tomorrow."
Unrealistic.
I think they are getting their act together to have revenues in the future. Not so near future though.
And the stock is priced accordingly right now to tell the story of a company that has performed terribly, but given recent news could turn that around.
