Question for Gold:

Why did Uni choose not to pay the 2013 up-front Licensing payment, intentionally voiding the agreement?

Answer: IMO, It was done by the MUTUAL consent of both Uni and RXPC because a deal of greater benefit has come into play, and Uni will become a significant part of this "soon to be revealed" deal.

Vester guy hinted earlier that the Big Money Pharma Backer for William Gartner could in fact be Uni. This would be the "deal of greater benefit" and account for the intentional voiding of the earlier 2013 Uni agreement.
