Is this the first time you read a 10K? You could read that same thing in hundreds of other companies, it is a standard clause that is used by many companies until they are cash flow positive. As for the increase of Auth Series G shares, it would seem very reasonable, given who they are bringing on board to create the CBD products. I am sure the increase was a measure put in place in case they would need it. If you want to know something ask the CEO. He is always available to take your questions. You sure make a lot of assumptions without knowing the facts! I think management has done one hell of a job here and deserve some rewards for their efforts, if you don't agree, go find a better company to invest in.
Frankly, I think you should sell, as I am tired of your continued whining and your wild assumptions that exaggerate the situation. How many times have I asked you to call the CEO? But, you don't! Instead you hang around and make these stupid assumptions again and again. Do us all a favor and find something else and whine on a different board for a change. I mean why stay long when all you can do is try to find something to worry about. Please, just go find a company that is better and let us know about it. If you can't, which I know you won"t, then start seeking out the answers to the things that bother you instead of assuming the worst! How many times have you failed to mention the huge grant monies they have coming in to support the business? You keep stating how you are worried they will dilute, but have yet to admit that they haven't diluted since you came here. You are like the chicken little running around yelling the sky is falling without it ever happening.
