The point is that the filing will come, imho. They need cash because of the low sub count. They can only get it by selling shares and/or GG. But the Authorized will have to be increased, so expect it, imho.

Check the filing. They spend a fortune and revenue is minimal.

Many people do not realize how close we are to management asking for more shares, imo.
