Demonstrated business interests within the marijuana, medical marijuana, hemp, or cannabis industry, either through revenue, management, customers, products, services, or publicly-announced business plans or stated intentions
Market cap of at least $1.0m USD
Must be a Public equity listed on the OTC, OTCBB, TSX, TSX-V, NASDAQ, AMEX
Minimum bid price of $0.01 as of the close of business for each of the previous 30 calendar days
No pending SEC / FINRA litigation
