Better yet, a GTQD solar paint-job on your E-car that changes colors during the day to optimize solar gain...blue at mid-day for visible light, red at night to absord the IR spectrum....and as a bonus; color-on-demand at the flick of a switch to go-with whatever color outfit you might be wearing ;)
