I've been moving it for the past three months and I am at 80% cash - I don't like this market at all. Putin is gambling that additional sanctions will not be implemented by Europe and I agree with him as Europe like their energy. However if they do agree to the sanctions Russia is screwed and their economy will tank. Out energy costs will go up.
