they messed it up. i'm not sure why everybody on this board isn't emailing them. they are issuing billions of shares at .0002. thats why you see CHDN and VNDM selling, at 1000% profit.

this needs to be over .01 by May 1st, hence, Chris has diluted so much at unfavorable terms this is going to do a R/S.

It will fall after that R/S too because they have issued so much as such a low price that these folks are still profiting 500% to 1000%.

Eveyone needs to copy this and email to Chris:

1) What are you doing to do to get the price over .01 by May 1st?

2) Why did you issue debt at .0002?

3) Why are the cameras NOT in HD?

4) Why is three no Gander TV app already deployed?

5) Why are you only in 1 city still?

6) We know you need capital to pull any of this off, but why are you giving away so much stock for so little money?

7) You claimed 10x revenue in Q4 over Q3 which would have been about $160K, yet you only got $30k revenue in Q4. You lied in your PR and grossly overestimated the revenue that comes from adds on Gander TV. What are the real numbers?

It appears as if 3.5M page views in Q4 got them about $30k in revenue, everyone was expecting $160k.
