Is Transfer Agent gagged?

It would be a really bad sign if the T/A is gagged and won't give out share structure information.

That might mean massive dilution already, hidden by the fluff PR's, and now not-so-hidden just plain dumping of shares when investors have little buying interest at these high share prices.
