Why would anyone take this? read on, The value of this shell is the trading price of the shares regardless. Shell companies come in 2 ways, Ticker and NO ticker. Getting a registered shell like this with history, share structure, knowledgable management, AND FINERA registered Ticker is a time consuming boatload of paperwork. Your at the mercy of the SEC and FINRA review process that could drag on months.

I would take an empty shell valued at $3M on my balance sheet. Wouldn't you?
