LITCHFIELD: If the authorities were able to get their hands on the $3M in cash, they would. Read the judgement! It states that these 3 defendants have to jointly pay the $3M judgement BY CONTRIBUTING 10% OF THEIR FUTURE GROSS INCOME. It says NOTHING about them having to pay this judgement in cash.

Other restitution orders are still pending. My point is simply that recovering the money can be very challenging with scumbag defendants who do everything they can to avoid paying anything. They will do their best to hide income and shift assets to other family members.
