Sazant Case - Deposition April 24, ongoing litigation
Foreign Judgment in Florida - currently valid

New case to be filed in Florida - sometime in late April/ early May

These cases will be on-going since their are several of them...they will affect the Company and Peter in varyiNg degrees over the next 0-5 months.

IT IS NOT A GOOD TIME TO BE INVESTED IN PVEC IMO, UNLESS ONE'S BASIS IS ZERO AND ONE DOES NOT CARE IF ONE LOSSES MONEY.
