I contacted GLOG and got the following answer:
Mr XXXXXXXXXX,
I received your email at the end of last week from a colleague who looks after the contact@gaslogltd.com email address. Please accept my wholehearted apologies for not coming back to you sooner. I was out in the US all week finalising the transaction we announced on Thursday after market close. I wanted to speak to the wider management team here in Europe, just to make absolutely sure I had the right answer to your question because to the best of my knowledge, there is no connection.
After speaking to the wider team, I can confirm that we have no connection to Sky440 Inc, so I would be very interested to see the news link that made the connection. We are currently in the process of launching a Master Limited Partnership (MLP), which will also trade on the NYSE. When launched, GasLog Ltd will be the parent company and will hold a sizeable stake in the MLP company.
If you could forward me the link, I will gladly take a look, but as I say, there is no connection.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any follow-up questions. Also, please accept my apologies again. I like to treat all shareholders equally, regardless of size and it was never my intention to not come back to you.

So, after digging as deep as I can, I couldn't find anything about SKYF news. Neither MJ nor "liquid gas". I'm starting to loose all my faith that there will something happen with SKYF.
Only thes 1000 shares trades make me wondering, because it doesn't make any sense to me!
