Hey 4retire,

you made the statement "The last few private placements were sweetheart deals at a 40% discount to the then pps......offered only to the inner core group that I feel many are on this board."

What does this mean? Are you saying the the Board is like a Bernie Madoff? Tired of taking us for a ride so now they are inviting "the inner core", friends and buddies to throw in bad money and join us on this ill fated voyage? Would this "inner core" just blindly throw money at Tmm? or is there more going on that we don't know about yet?

If you were on this Board and knew you were in a world of hurt, would you invite your friends to jump in and lose out too?
