OTCQB threw a wrench into up listing, with the requirement of .01 PPS, company is looking to OTCBB for uplisting.

New Jersey call center being prepped as we speak. Will open doors May 1. Expect to hire 20 plus over the next 12 months. Tampa headquarters is more involved to build out and expect to begin in June, with move in ready in July. Expect to hire 6 employees in this center to handle corporate operations, and assist in call center support as well. (Projections are for 7 to 10 million in ADDITIONAL revenue for the company)

City Gide makeover expected in 2 weeks. Was put on back burner because it was lower on the pecking order of what they wanted to complete first.

Mobile build out is complete.

Media campaign commercial being filmed now. Gave a basic time line of about 2 to 3 weeks to complete. Will then post link on THEDIRECTORY sites for all to review. One week from that point they will begin a program of 15000 commercials/radio ads to run nationwide starting with FOX BUSINESS NEWS. This program will run monthly and is not a one month trial.

Working on paying down debt from TCA global line as it is 16% interest.

IMHO Clear, calculated progression. Admitted the failures on timelines, knows what will attract larger investment clients to the company and is set with a single focus of search. The rest will be accomplished with partners.
