Are some of these Chinese investors behind the large batch orders that have been lurking on the BUY side, and are they just waiting in anticipation of the PR? How fast would it climb if this is all the case? Why else did the BOD decide in Nov 2013 to spin RGI at this time? It fits the immigration project presentation dates that have happened.

IMO this PR, when/if such is released, would cause a jump from current range into near $ pps in just one or two days? Shareholders of record in NBRI would receive their DIVS of shares in RGI while other newer investors more recent than cut-off date for NBRI ownership would not. This could go BANG, BANG and it is a suddenly DONE matter even while mouths sit their gaping before they have time to shut.
