purportedly the photos on fb and twitter are placed there to incentivize current and future shareholders to buy and or hold shares of kmag. telling investors that things are,"going great and wonderful in CHINA, not anywhere else--but in CHINA, and here is proof--by posting this picture we are proving to you that it is true," therefore buy and or hold shares of kmag.
by posting that photo with all of it's implications, if that photo turns out to not be what it represents, and because of the purpose of that photo being posted--it is therefore fraudulently--yes FRAUDULENTLY posted, because it is meant to entice stockholders--even though it is misrepresented.

if that is not the intent--if the intent is not to decieve or obfuscate --then simply take the picture down--or clarify it--very simple--e
