Please, if you don't find what you are looking for, read them all again, the answer is there. I do not fault you at all for wanting to know all the information you can on an organization you are investing in. I should also say that I would not take anyone's word to satisfy my questioning. Take some time, get to know her, you'll, she'll be your new born baby. I'm almost certain, that after you have done a full DD on WNTR, you will increase your position tomorrow, I know I am.

Also , consider, just for the sake of considering, someone who is a CEO of a Hedge Fund, and has managed over $50 million in assets, probably knows what hes doing, probably.

While every investment should be approached with skepticism , you really don't have that long before audited fins come out, and that will tell the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
