SEC 10Q...What Auditor did Scott use?

http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=9919143

Was this SEC 10Q supposed to be Audited? I thought Scott said the reason for the delay was that his Auditors needed another day.....where are their signatures on his SEC 10Q?

Where is Scott's salary information?

Where is the Auditor information?

This is what Scott said on April 10th 2014

News Update:

Both our securities counsel and our auditors require another day to complete their review of our first 10Q since filing our form 10 to become fully reporting. Its important to get this first filing correct. This filing is also our first filing that requires the document to be XBRL'd which takes a little more time. With that in mind we will file our 10Q after the market close on Monday instead of today. Its audit season for calendar year end companies and our auditors are extremely busy and need the extra time. The extra day allows for a more thorough review by our attorney as well. We'll still hold our conference call after the Monday as planned. Call details will be released Monday morning.

If the Auditor information is in SEC 10Q I am not seeing it :(

Hopefully the Market won't be looking for this information and the PPS can go up....
