Until they provide financials and I know where the money is going and what these two are paying themselves - I wont think of reconsidering. Their history speaks for itself. THEY need to prove to the SHAREHOLDERS that this time is different.

There is no reason not to report unless they are hiding something. Same thing as bilking the MLOG shareholders. Until they prove likewise - I wont be convinced.
