Thats what I said "most likely a combination of prices" which is another way of saying average. I disagree, it makes more sense that it was one person buying 17 mil shares from a bunch of different sellers with multiple GTC's creating an average price of .062. It is even listed that way everywhere I check. If it were dilution you would see multiple buys from different people adding up to 17 mil, that is ridiculous and not the case.
