What money they had from the PEMCO LLC BOYOS was needed for salaries and bonuses. The sale to KUWAIT did not add significantly to the CDEX treasury. Their credit was KAPUT because of their reputation and the BK. They only had a few employees, only one or two working in the Shop, the others just spreading BS.

If they did have three G4s, which is extremely doubtful, and did ship one out for testing, that one went into a black hole, never to be seen or heard evermore.

There was no manufacturing contract announced simply because there WAS no manufacturing contract. So there are no units under beta resting.
