Greetings from Columbus Ohio...Home Of NAVB! What your seeing is what happens when Doctors are put in charge to run a company. They created a great product, but had no idea how to manage this company's growth.

Good news is they are starting to hand the reigns over to people who actually know what they're doing. We'll start seeing this turn around late summer.
