Big blocks on ask are flippers trying to force sells to pick back up shares and do it all over again. Eventually when volume pours in on good news they hope to be not caught mid flip which here a lot will lose shares in this process of flipping. What this does for longs is allow to pick up cheap shares as we take profits in other plays so I'm ok with that.
