Artisang, could you do me a favor next time you ask the T/A for the O/S??

Please ask them if the number they are giving you represents the TOTAL O/S meaning:

Total O/S = Restricted O/S + Non-Restricted O/S

Or if they are giving you the Non-Restricted O/S Number only.

Some of these T/A's dont always give the same info, and dont always specify what they are giving, so its good to know what exactly we are getting.
