It is both! This is so basic... the 600M shares are not currently part of the OS so they are not counted. The $12M is simple math...
At the current share price of .02, the 600,000,000 "worthless" shares are valued at $12M!
So, you disagree that 600M * $.02 equals $12M?
The $3,165,963 is a calculation based on the inclusion of the 600M shares in the OS.
This is REALLY basic stuff...
