Cdex lies from the bankruptcy
Anything you may have seen in the bumfield cdex bankruptcy documents that came from bumfield were just stuff made up from whole cloth. The point of them having the g4 prop nearly ready for production was a complete lie. They had to tell that lie to prove that they had a plan, so the fools that were going to give them money in the "loan to own scheme" could convince Gemini and others to vote to approve the plan. Remember calls were made to Gemini to just drop their note or play along. Here is what you were referring to....

All of that was complete LIES! But what did anyone expect from the people at cdex. Also note that none of it is still true. To investors buying stock on the market it should be a clear clue about the stock. To the fools that sank money into this back then it should be a painful reminder of just who they are dealing with.
