That PR is not really for investors in the know, it's for the ones who buy and hold and don't really do the calculations and frequent the boards. Mostly though, it's to garner attention for would be investors. Ah well, I wasn't expecting a bomb of a PR anyhow, but still what's in writing there is good to read, and believe it or not, all companies, from pinks to Blue Chips, release PR's like this. Yes, it is a ra!ra! PR, but it's a Ra!ra! PR laced with actual facts. Actual numbers, not just percentiles.
