This happened on friday too, I don't think it was that "too many orders" are coming through.. I think its more like "someone doesn't want you this at this price"


it would be nice for someone try to put a bid up just slighty over the current bid to see if it shows on L2.. I am about to call USAA and give them an earful even though this a pink sheet, there still needs to be some kind of rules.
