Yes, it is a scam. Yes, there was a time frame committed. Brian said he wanted to demonstrate the legitimacy of BeBevCo with audits. FACT! He has not demonstrated legitimacy as he stated he would. FACT!

Brian said that he's going to offer audited financials for last Qtr of 2009 and 1st Qtr 2010. That is in 8-9 months and thus in the foreseeable future.
