420man- Janice has been involved with STBV for a while now so it doesn't mean that the sec is suddenly investigating STBV. Not to say that the sec isn't investigating STBV either, again no one really knows except for the sec.
As far as dumping your shares. I don't understand why you would if you have under 500k shares. You might as well consider it a complete loss and just risk holding it, in case STBV does turn around. Although its your money, your decision.
