I agree with you 100%....This PR had the same overtones as the one he released back in January 2014 when he was "BEGGING" the shareholders to vote FOR the increase in shares from 1bb to 3bb...

That positive vote authorizing the increase was IMHO the beginning of the end for PHOT.....The increase never should have happened....

Let me ask one possibly dumb question.....Now with being booted out of the JV basically.....WHEN PHOT is allowed to trade again, what will/do they have going? G.I.F.T. Program? Don't make me laugh.....KIOSK sales....I am laughing even harder.....

They have basically screwed their share holders.....The PPS will be (So I have heard) any where from 30%-90% of current value...They will be listed on the grey sheets (That in itself is more or less a death sentence!!!!
