conjunction with the Hollywood, California, awards season and is now
looking forward to a banner year providing private security to
corporations, government agencies and private clients.

HMSG said its security division is currently negotiating for annual
contracts totaling more than $1,400,000. In addition to current contracts,
the company is also talking to a major oil company concerning providing
video surveillance for its off shore oil platforms.
