He needs to quit answering your questions on twitter. You don't know how to be neutral. You clearly have an agenda or you would comment on all of the good stuff happening with the company, but you never do. The TA gagged is stupid and the broker only should have been enough for them to handle the requests. Unless someone like you is hounding them 5 times a day which I would beleive. Most TA's are tiny shops run out of peoples houses and I would understand the request thing, even if I don't agree with it. This was purely a move by the TA and Charles probably shouldn't have signed it.
