Eric needs a little breathing room here IMO; he has to finishing diluting this bloated pig of a worthless shell to pay off all the bad debt he accumulated at the shareholders expense, this time doing it right out in the open!

This flyer could be the big *POP* Eric is looking for to get out of phase one of his pathetic business cycle. Remember that hooplah?? Right now he knows his only recourse of getting out this giant mess is to dilute into oblivion AGAIN, like he has stated he will.

These flyers and blogs are letting the investment cummunity that it is time to buy worthless shares again, so he can keep cleaning up the shell; with dilution as the ONLY revenue for 8+ years :)
