It is not in SEGI's hands. That is business. 3 weeks is not long and it was probably not just one company ahead of them. Whether it was or not, it is not a long wait.
IR said the companies that are current must be done in priority due to the time restraints on them, to keep them current.
SEGI is not current today, so it is not under the same time constraint. They can get their fins done and go current any day. Once we are current, we will be given the same consideration.
